Partners Guardian Investment Capital and LandCap Investment Partners, LLC brought on Allco Construction, Inc. as the General Contractor to take the Waterfront at the Marina apartment community development to a full and successful completion.

In 2015 Allco and LandCap Investment Partners, LLC successfully converted the former Silver Club Hotel that had been empty for years at into the Loft style apartment community known as Square One.  After working together on the hotel conversion on Victorian Square in Sparks, fast-forward to the Summer of 2018 with the partners (Guardian and LandCap) of the Waterfront project needing a strong finish, they chose to again turn to Bob Herman and the Allco Construction team to complete the project.  The unique challenges of taking over a $43 million plus development, in mid-build, is challenging but Allco Construction specializes in this, putting jobs back on track.

Located on the Waterfront of the Sparks Marina and at 5 stories in height, there are 209 individual apartment homes, comprised of 6 modern floorplans, wrapped around the 5-level parking structure

 

Specifications:

• Five stories with a total of 207,000 square feet
• The new housing development at the Sparks Marina will transform the abandoned parking structure that has been an eyesore for the community into a beautiful five story, 209-unit luxury apartment home community that features one and two bedroom models.
• The luxury living spaces will have high end amenities including a state of the art fitness center, concierge services, business center, dog wash and dog park, roof top deck, and secure parking
