Nicholas Powell, PMP, is a Project Manager with Allco Construction with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His background spans large-scale multifamily development, hospitality and casino renovation, tenant improvements, capital improvement programs, and luxury residential construction.
At Allco, Nicholas leads the company’s hospitality projects and plays a key role in company-wide preconstruction, working with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and governing agencies from early project development through construction and final turnover. His experience includes estimating, budgeting, permitting, procurement, scheduling, constructability review, change management, and project recovery.
Nicholas has managed and supported more than $315 million in representative project value, coordinated more than 400 permits, and overseen complex projects ranging from occupied hotel renovations to major multifamily developments.
His management approach combines hands-on construction experience with practical problem-solving, clear communication, and a strong focus on protecting project cost, schedule, quality, and the owner’s overall vision.
