Kevin Chism brings more than three decades of construction and project management experience to Allco Construction. After high school, Kevin pursued studies in architecture, providing him with a strong foundation in design, construction documents, and the relationship between design intent and field execution.
Kevin began his construction career in 1989 with a specialty theming contractor, where he spent more than 15 years working on large-scale resort and casino projects. This experience exposed him to complex, highly detailed construction environments requiring close coordination between architects, engineers, specialty contractors, owners, and construction teams.
In 2005, Kevin joined Allco Construction, a General Contractor, where he continues to serve as Senior Project Manager. In this role, he is involved in all phases of construction, including preconstruction, estimating, design coordination, contract management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change management, quality control, and project closeout.
Kevin’s combination of architectural education, specialty construction experience, and more than 20 years with Allco Construction gives him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from initial concept through final completion. He takes pride in solving complex construction challenges, maintaining strong relationships
