Kevin Agliolo joined Allco Construction, Inc. in 2016 and has since become an integral part of the company's success across a wide range of high-profile projects. His portfolio with Allco includes Waterfront Apartments, Plaza 800, 205 S. Sierra Street, Eden Towers, the Atlantis Casino, and numerous other commercial and residential developments.
With 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin brings a depth of knowledge few superintendents can match. Over the course of his career, he has owned and operated his own construction companies, overseen the construction of three tract home subdivisions, and managed a broad spectrum of commercial and industrial projects. Having worked directly in the trades himself, Kevin possesses a firsthand understanding of every phase of a build—an expertise that informs his hands-on leadership style and sets him apart on every job site. His ability to anticipate challenges, communicate effectively with each trade, and keep projects moving efficiently makes him a trusted leader within the Allco team.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys water and snow skiing, spending days out on the lake, hunting, fishing, and making memories with his family.

Eden Towers is a modern Allco Design Build project offering luxury amenities and unique floor plans. Designed for traveling nurses and contract workers, it features secured parking, a rooftop deck, and a central location near Downtown Reno.

The Retreat is a hillside residential community featuring 230 apartment units, 53 townhomes, and two clubhouses with panoramic views of Reno and the Sierras. Allco managed the apartments from civil through completion and completed the townhomes as a vertical construction takeover.

Ground-up construction of a 177-unit Extended Stay America Premier Hotel, delivered in collaboration with local ownership and ESA’s corporate team. The project was recognized by ESA for exceptional quality and on-time delivery.
